Our 2021 Estate Ciliegiolo was made from 100% Estate grapes. This is the 5th grape varietal Cougar has petitioned to be recognized in the United States so we can use the name on the label. It's in the Sangiovese family from the area of Umbria, Italy. You may also recognize our mascot which is our winery dog Cilie!
