Cooking Class

Our first Cooking Class since the pandemic!  Chef Ramos will lead this Mother Sauce class, the foundation of many amazing dishes.  Mastering the Mother Sauce, from classic foundations to Italian Elegance.  Celebrate the artistry of sauce -- rooted in tradition, perfected through technique, and crafted with passion.  Enhance your cooking while embracing the welcoming spirit of Italian hospitality. 

In this experience you will learn: 

• The roots of classical mother sauces and their role in Italian cuisine
• proper roux technique and texture control
• building depth through slow simming and seasoning
• transforming one base sauce into multiple Italian applications
• professional chef techniques for balance and refinement.
