100% Estate varietal wine originating from the Apulia region. This wine has a jammy nose with hints of raisin and dark chocolate. Enjoy paired with your favorite desert or a fine cigar!
Our Port is made with our Primitivo grapes which is the grandfather grape of Zinfandel. We make this dessert wine by adding high proof alcohol to the wine while it's fermenting. This in turn stops the fermentation and raises the alcohol while leaving the residual sugar. We then age it in neutral barrels for a minimum of two years.
