2017 Miscuglio del Circolo
Tasting notes
“Miscuglio Del Circolo” translates to “mixture of the circle” and is a blend created by our winemaker Rick Buffinton along with a circle of friends from the Cougar Wine Club. This blend is made from our estate grown Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes and produces a smooth and medium bodied wine with notes of dark cherry and tobacco. Its made to age, but can be drank now, or for many years to come. Matches well with grilled meats, pastas and lamb.
