Wine club shipments are automatically charged to the credit card written on your application form. When you receive newsletters from us, please look out for important information included in these emails regarding topics such as billing dates, billing amounts and shipment selections. If you are happy with the wine selection for your club's quarter, no need to do anything. If you wish to change a wine selection, you will receive an email with a link that will lead you to our website; from here, you will be able to create an account for your membership and have the ability to switch out your wines for that quarter. For your calendars, pick-up nights are the second Wednesday of your shipment months; this information can be found on our website and in newsletters.
Please note that any membership/club changes or cancellation/hold requests must be received in writing 30 days prior to the next quarterly shipment. Additionally, you must receive a minimum of three shipments per the Wine Club agreement before you are eligible for cancellation. Please reach out to the Wine Club manager if you have any questions about cancelling or placing a hold on your account.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or outside of the United States. Daytime delivery, 21+ signature required. Shipping charges may vary depending on the quantity of bottles and shipping method. Shipping/handling costs will not be refunded for misdirected or returned shipments and fees will be charged for re-shipped releases. Returned shipment will incur a return shipping fee.
