2020 Fiano
Tasting notes
Fiano grapes were purchased from a new grower (Monserate Winery) in San Diego County. This varietal originates from the Campania region of Italy. This wine can be enjoyed now and can also be aged for several years. Over time it will mature from honeyed to spicy to nutty flavors. Pairs well with dishes incorporating fresh herbs such as caprese salad.
